In Boise, the Prado Family opened this restaurant on August 20, 1997 with the idea of having the most Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Idaho.
Our restaurants are family operated, with pride, serving fresh and authentic Mexican food.

What is the Truck's purpose?
The truck's purpose is to cater food to events all around the treasure valley. Even if you are not in the treasure valley, you can talk to us to figure it out.
